Wakako is a registered architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects, and a LEED Accredited Professional. She is also a part of Helicon Works - a design collaborative that focuses on ecologically sensitive architecture and building practices in the DC Metropolitan area. Prior to founding wakako tokunaga architecture in 2007, Wakako worked as a project architect at Suzane Reatig Architecture, Shigeru Ban Architects, and as an Associate at RTKL Associates, Inc. |
